Refund and Cancellation Policy
We strive to provide high-quality astrology services and want you to be satisfied with your experience. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines our terms regarding cancellations, refunds, and exchanges.
- Return Policy
- Return by the User: If you wish to return a service you have purchased, you must notify us at least within 2 hours of payment. You can do this by writing us at contact@makemyjanamkundali.com or call us at +91-7209012100
- Cancellation by Make My Janam Kundali: We reserve the right to cancel any service at our discretion. In such cases, we will notify you via email and provide a full refund.
- Refund Policy
- Eligibility for Refunds:
- Refunds are available for services that have not yet been provided. No refund shall be entertained after expiry of two hour from the time of payment.
- No refund shall be made if data provided by customer is incorrect. However, if customer mail or call us within 2 hours of ordering the report, we will consider the changes to be made.
- All printable products are non-returnable. Once the report is delivered to customer, no refund shall be made.
- In case of double payment made by mistake against the single order, one payment will be refunded.
- All refunds will be made after deducting the transaction charges levied by the bank and / or the payment gateway, or any other charges that may have been borne by makemyjanamkundali.com in processing and / or delivering the service, as applicable.
- If the customer found product in damaged/defective/broken condition, customer may apply for replacement or refund. For this, customer may call at +91-7209012100 or write at contact@makemyjanamkundali.com immediate after delivery of product. No refund shall be entertained on next day from the date of delivery of product.
- All eligible refunds will be processed within 7 business days and will be credited in original payment method in 3 to 5 working days from the date of receipt of the product. However, the same is subject to transaction and processing time taken by bank/payment gateway.
- All the products must be returned in the original condition they were received in along with any bills and labels. Customer need to register dispute by writing email to contact@makemyjanamkundali.com or call at +91-7209012100 with images of broken/defective/damaged products immediate after delivery of product. Disputes registered on next day of delivery may not be entertained by sellers.
- If you are dissatisfied with a service after it has been provided, we encourage you to contact us within three working days to discuss your concerns. While we may not guarantee a refund, we will do our best to resolve any issues.
- Refund Process:

- Approved refunds will be processed within seven business days and will be credited back to the original payment method.
- Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable:
- Services that have already been rendered.
- Any promotional or discounted services unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Changes to Services
If you need to reschedule or modify a booked service, please contact us at least two hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
